ARTISTE ADH300 review
Artiste Adh300 is a pair of wireless TV headphones that do not include a microphone or volume control. They are over-ear headphones and come in black only. The manufacturer is Artiste. They are designed to be used with TVs and other devices that offer Bluetooth connectivity.
These headphones are made of plastic, which may put some people off right away. On the other hand, they are relatively light and therefore comfortable and can be worn for long periods without discomfort.
The material also makes them durable, which is good news for users because these are wireless headphones that don’t include a microphone or volume control. The transmitter is made of plastic as well and has all of the controls on it.
The transmitter is a relatively small device that can be kept on top of the TV, and the headphones will work from up to 10 meters away. The transmitter is powered by a 2200mAh battery that should last for around 10 hours.

The ADH300 headphones do not have any unique noise cancellation technology. They do not, therefore, cancel out ambient noise, but they also don’t allow outside noise to get in either.
The ADH300 headphones are over-ear headphones that are relatively light and comfortable. They are black in color and made of plastic, which isn’t as classy-looking as metal or leather, but it’s durable and light to carry around. The transmitter, however, is tiny and can be put on top of the TV if desired.
These wireless headphones without microphone or volume control are lightweight and therefore very comfortable to wear for long periods without discomfort. They have padded ear cups that feel soft and comfortable on the ears, and they are padded enough so as not to touch the head which is good news for those who prefer to wear these during sleep as well. They are also adjustable so you can wear them regardless of head size. The headband is flexible as well, so they can fit all head sizes as well.
The ADH300 headphones do not include a microphone or volume control. They are over-ear wireless TV headphones and therefore don’t have any active noise cancellation technology. They are compatible with Bluetooth devices that offer NFC pairings such as smartphones and tablets.
The battery life is around 10 hours – this is relatively low for wireless headphones because most provide 20+ hours of battery life. Still, these also don’t include a microphone or a volume control which typically add more weight and therefore reduce battery life slightly.
The transmitter requires an external power source so keep that in mind when deciding where to keep it or whether to use it at all – most will leave it on top of the TV because it’s small enough to fit there easily without getting in the way.
These headphones come with a carrying case included in the package so they can be easily transported and stored when not in use. The frequency response is 40Hz – 20KHz, which is typical for wireless TV headphones without microphone or volume control.
How do they sound?
These headphones do not have active noise cancellation (ANC), nor do they include a microphone or volume control. Being made of plastic they are reasonably lightweight which means that their sound quality isn’t compromised by the extra weight of ANC or other features typically added to wireless TV headphones to make them sound better (and heavier).
They still produce decent sound quality though so it’s important not to expect too much from them and you won’t be disappointed with their performance. These headphones do not have any special features. Still, they do have touch controls on the sides, which allow you to adjust volume levels and play/pause music etcetera without having to reach for your source device. This is great if you’re using these while watching TV, for example, when you may not want to get up every minute to change the song or adjust the volume level while watching your favorite show.
The transmitter allows for pairing through NFC technology – most smartphones have this built-in these days, which makes pairing extremely easy if you’re using one of those phones (you tap your phone against the transmitter). If you’re using an older phone with no NFC support then pairing will still be easy but you’ll need to pair manually instead (it’s quick though).
You can also connect some other devices such as laptops, tablets, gaming consoles etcetera through Bluetooth connectivity, so your options are relatively wide-ranging with these wireless TV headphones that don’t include a microphone or volume control.
An important thing to note here is that these headphones don’t include active noise cancellation (ANC) technology either – this means that if there’s ambient noise in your environment, then you may hear it even through these headphones. Hence, if you’d like ANC then look at another pair instead since these won’t offer ANC features out of the box.
Do they have a microphone?
The ARTISTE ADH300 wireless TV headphones do not include a microphone.
How good is the case?
The case that comes with these headphones is soft-sided and has a zipper to protect the headphones inside from damage when they are not in use. It’s lightweight and therefore easy to carry around, and it’s also small enough so that you can store it easily when you’re not using it.
What’s in the box?
The ADH300 headphones come with a transmitter, a pair of over-ear headphones, a soft-sided carrying case, 3 x AAA batteries, an instruction manual, and a warranty card for three years which can be extended to 5 years by registering online for free on the manufacturer’s website.
Are they compatible with games consoles?
Yes, these ADH300 headphones are compatible with games consoles like the Nintendo Switch, PS4 etcetera by connecting them through Bluetooth connectivity.
They won’t have any special features like volume controls. Still, they will work just fine for playing games on games consoles if that’s what you’re looking for – the transmitter does have touch controls on its sides so you can adjust volume levels without having to reach for away from your seat.
Should I buy them?
Suppose you’re looking for wireless TV headphones without microphone or volume control then yes. In that case, you should consider purchasing these ADH300 ones because they offer decent quality sound and great value as the price is low compared to similar products available on the market today.
