Returning Defective Products |

Audio Direct will either send a replacement out immediately, and charge your account
for the new shipment, or will wait until the original product is returned before
shipping the replacement. Customer must notify Audio Direct with the option they
would like to choose. |

Audio Direct will pay for the return shipping of defective or damaged products,
provided that it is replaced with the exact or similar model from Audio Direct. |

All returns must be packaged in their original packaging, with all accessories included,
and have a copy of the original invoice with it. |

All returns must be double boxed. |

The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to products during return shipping.
Audio Direct highly recommends shipping via UPS or FedEx, and insuring the product. |

No returns or credits will be issued for the following items: flat panel displays,
20-inch or larger televisions, projectors, projection screens, seating products,
acoustic treatments, special order products, and custom made products. If any of
these products are received damaged from transit the product will be replaced with
the exact or manufacturer's replacement model under Audio Direct's terms for a product
"damaged in transit". Any defect in these products will have to be repaired, by
the customer, under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. |

Returning Products Damaged in Transit |

Products that are damaged while in transit will be replaced with the exact or manufacturer's
replacement model. |

Damage must be reported to Audio Direct within 48 hours of delivery for the return
to be treated as a "Damaged in transit" return. |

Returning a Non-Defective Product |

A return authorization must be obtained from Audio Direct prior to the return being
shipped back to Audio Direct. Products shipped to Audio Direct without a return
authorization will be refused. |

Most products that are not opened will have 90% of the product's sale price refunded.
Shipping is not refundable. Most products can be returned within 14 days from the
date of delivery. After 14 days a product cannot be returned. |

Most products that are opened will have 85-80% of the product's sale price refunded.

Return authorizations are valid for 14 days from the time of issue. After 14 days
the return will not be accepted. |
