Using the Shopping Cart
To use the shopping cart, you must first find an item that you would like to purchase.
Once you have made your selection, use the "Buy It" button on the product page to add the desired item to your shopping cart. To continue shopping, use the "Back" button on your Web Browser. This will bring you back to where you added the last item to the shopping cart.
Once you are finished shopping, you should review your shopping cart. To review your shopping cart, use the "View Cart" tab located on the navigation menu towards the top of the web page. While you are viewing your shopping cart, the quantity of the items that you have purchased can be changed by typing in a new quantity in the "Qty" column and hitting tab on your keyboard. After you are satisfied with your selection, it is time to move to the ordering process. Orders may be placed on-line, by telephone, by fax, or by mail.

Ordering Online
Orders can be placed on-line by entering Audio Direct's Secure Online Shopping Cart.
You will need to use the "Secure Checkout" button at the bottom of the page before you enter the secure checkout area. Once you are in the secure checkout area you will need to fill in all of the required information, and select the "Next" button to proceed to the final conformation of your order. If you are satisfied with your order, use the "Process Order" button to process your order. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order, and giving you an order number. For your protection, no credit card information will be included in the conformation e-mail. Ordering on-line is the safest and easiest way to order.

Ordering by Telephone
The best way to order over the telephone is by first printing out your shopping cart.
This copy will serve as an order form and help you to keep a record of your order. Once the copy of the shopping cart is made call 1-888-6AUDIO7 (1-888-628-3467). One of our friendly operators will be glad to take your order. Due to differences in processing, shipping and handling charges will be slightly higher for telephone orders than for orders placed on-line.

Ordering by Fax
If you would like to order by fax use the Fax Order page button.
Using your computer, fill in all of the required information. Once the information has been filled in, print your order form and fax to 1-520-292-6101. The fax number will also be listed at the top of your order form. Due to differences in processing, shipping and handling charges will be slightly higher for fax orders than for orders placed on-line.

Order by Mail
Ordering by Mail is done by first selecting the Check Order Page. Once at the Check Ordering Page provide all of the required information and print the order form. At this time Audio Direct accepts business checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. Personal checks are not accepted by Audio Direct at this time. Once the order form is printed and a form of payment is attached please place it into an envelope and mail to: Audio Direct Attn. Sales 460 W. Roger Road, Suite 105 Tucson, AZ 85705 Please do not mail cash as the form of payment. Please call us before mailing your payment to ensure the accuracy of the amount; due to differences in processing, shipping and handling charges may be slightly higher for orders received by mail than for orders placed online.

Non-Arizona Residents
Audio Direct does not charge sales tax for any sales that are shipped outside of Arizona. Please review your local laws and regulations to make sure that there are not any taxes that may need to be paid. In addition to taxes there may be other laws and regulations concerning your order that are the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and follow.

Arizona Residents
All orders shipped to an Arizona address will be subject to paying 8.1% for sales tax.

International Orders
Audio Direct does ship to some countries outside of the United States.
To place an order that will ship outside of the United States you must order on-line, use a credit card as the method of payment, and use a valid email address. Soon after you order you will receive an email giving you the shipping costs for your order. Your order will not be processed until you respond to the email and agree to the shipping cost enclosed in that email. The United States Postal Service will be used as the shipper for international orders.

Limitation of Liability on International Orders
- Some products may not be shippable outside of the United States.
- Any purchase that is shipped outside of the United States is subject to import and export taxes. These taxes and any other fee incurred, as a result of the shipment, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- All prices for products are posted in U.S. Dollars.

Pricing
Audio Direct's prices may change without prior notice. If a price does change you will be notified prior to the product shipping. You may either accept the change or cancel your order once the new price is provided to you. There will be no penalty for canceling an order, due to price changes, prior to that order shipping.
