Most orders can be canceled or changed up to 8 hours prior
to the order shipping. To make changes, please e-mail
info@audio-direct.com. Provided that an order is canceled prior to shipping
there will be no charge to the credit card.

If an order has shipped prior to cancellation,
then the order will be processed as a "Non-defective Return".

Orders for projectors, projector screens,
seating products, acoustic treatments, special order products, and custom made products
will be charged at the time of ordering.

Orders for flat panel displays, 20-inch or
larger televisions, projectors, projection screens, seating products, acoustic treatments,
special order products, and custom made products may only be canceled/changed with
in 2 hours of ordering or if the product is on back order.

All orders not shipped within 30 days of ordering
will automatically be canceled
·
Any cancellation or change to the order is
subject to the terms of Audio Direct's "return" policy.
